Returns & Exchanges

At LE SSERAFIM, we strive for perfection in every order, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
